Advanced CMOS Setup,
EVENT LOG CONFIGURATION
Event Log Configuration Settings You can use this screen to select options for the Event Log Configuration
Settings. You can access sub screens to view the event log and mark all events as read.
Use the up and down arrow keys to select an item, and the plus (+) and minus (-) keys to
change the option setting. The settings are described on the following pages. The screen is
shown below.

Event Logging Set this option to Enabled to allow the system to log events. The events logged by
AMIBIOS are post errors, such as a bad CMOS, floppy error, or hard drive error. The
settings are Enabled or Disabled. The Optimal and Fail-Safe default settings are Enabled.
Clear All Event Logs Set this option to Yes to clear all event logs. The settings are Yes or No. The Optimal
and Fail-Safe default settings are No.
