Step 10 Set Options on the QLogic Menu,
Select Host Adapter Screen You can use the Select Host Adapter screen to view the adapter type and I/O
address for the host adapter.
On the Fast! UTIL Options screen, select the fourth option, Select Host Adapter, and
press <Enter>. The following screen displays:
