Installation
Connecting to the Network
The network connectors are located at the top of the instrument.
When connecting or disconnecting ProBER 2, ensure that you are grounded to bring
you and the instrument to the same static potential.
Receiver input interface. Allows the connection of 75Ω unbalanced data signals.
Transmitter output interface. Provides 75Ω unbalanced data output.
Receiver input interface. Allows the connection of 120Ω balanced data signals.
Transmitter output interface. Provides 120Ω balanced data output.
Allows connection of a 75Ω timing reference as per CCITT G.811. The reference
format may be either clock or data.
External printer connection details are given in "Connecting a 15730B Printer" on
page 7-7.
