1.General Adjustments – Copying, Printing and e-Filing (Output from Box)
It is recommended that the changing amount for one time falls within ± 20 bits.
(b) Select [05 ADJUSTMENT MODE], select code [2742] and then press the [START] button.
After performing image quality control, print the image and check its quality on the solid areas.
(2) Select [08 SETTING MODE]. Change the value to adjust the density of a solid area during the
copying/printing operation.
Use steps (a) to (b) to perform the adjustment.
(a) Select [08 SETTING MODE]. Change the values for codes [2513/2514] to adjust the developer
bias output value.
The value to use varies depending on the paper type and color to adjust. Check the code to use
in accordance with the following "Code" list, and refer to the "Code setting values" list to select a
proper value.
