Chapter 1: Hardware Overview
Description
Power indicator. Glows solid green while
the system is powered on. Off when the
system is off.
Hard drive access indicator. Flashes
amber when the hard disk is active.
Fan failure or system overheat indicator.
Glows red when the system is
overheating. Off when the system is
functioning at a normal temperature.
Power supply failure indicator. Glows red
when one of the two power supplies has
failed or is unplugged. Off if both power
supplies are providing power normally.
Off if there is only one power supply and
it is providing power normally.
