6. Connect the hydraulic pipe and the hydraulic hoses
to the transmission.
7. Attach the parking brake cable.
8. Put grease with corrosion protection on the axles.
9. Attach the wheel hubs. Refer to
assemble the wheel hub on page 26 .
10. Attach the wheels.
11. Remove the support below the product.
12. Do a check of the parking brake cable and adjust it if
it is necessary.
13. Fill the hydraulic system with oil. Refer to
check of the oil level in the hydraulic system on page
46 .
14. Do a check of the speed coordination between the
front wheels and rear wheels. Adjust the speed
coordination if it is necessary. Refer to
check of the wheel speed after a transmission
replacement on page 62 .
9.6.7 Wheel speed
9.6.7.1 To do a check before wheel speed
adjustment
The front wheel speed must be the same or slower than
the rear wheel speed. Incorrect wheel speed can cause
decreased power and the transmission components can
wear more quickly than usual.
The front wheel speed must be 97-100 % of the rear
wheel speed when the wheels on one side are locked.
Adjust the hydrostatic transmission cable if the wheel
rotates slower or faster. Refer to
hydrostatic transmission cable on page 52 .

2. Make a mark on the wheels on the adjustment tool
for wheel speed with reflective tape or equivalent.
3. Remove the transmission cover.
4. Make sure that the adjustment screw is in the joint
bearing.
5. Do a check that the control stay below the product is
not damaged.
6. If the control stay is damaged, make it straight or
replace the adjustment rod. The distance between
the joint bearings (A) must be 442±1 mm and (B)
must be 20 mm. Make sure that the locknuts (C, D)
are tightened with 40±5 Nm.

7. Warm up the transmission until the wheel speed is
stable.

8. Make sure that the joint bearing does not touch the
thrust washers.
