Solar collectors are used to provide ecological swimming pool heating.

The auxiliary function will be activated as soon as one of the 2 relays and the sensor of
solar swimming pool heating (K18 / B13) is assigned a free terminal:

Temperature sensor B13 for the solar swimming pool heating can be
assigned to a free sensor terminal between B101 and B109.

No assignment has been made and the auxiliary function is not acti-
vated.
For a valve with one-wire control, the only signal required is signal K18.
As soon as the signal is no longer present, the valve will change over to its initial
position.
For a valve with 2-wire control to change over to the initial position, a second inverted
signal (K¯18) is required.
Solar swimming pool heating can be operated either alternatively or parallel to the
storage tanks (buffer, d.h.w. and combi storage tank) (setting to be made on operating
line 322).
The heat exchanger for solar swimming pool heating will be connected via a diverting
valve. The diverting valve must be placed either upstream of the solar heat exchanger
diverting valve (K8) – if present - or downstream from the solar diverting valve (K9).
The heat exchanger for solar swimming pool heating will be connected via a circulating
pump. Integration of swimming pool heating is to be made upstream of the diverting
valve (K8, K9) – if present – and upstream of the heat exchanger.
Parallel operation is not possible with solar collector partial diagrams Sol3, Sol8 and
Sol12 through 16.
