3. Measure the distance between the hook and the
front end of the spring (Y). The distance must be
110 mm. Adjust the nuts of the front end of the
spring (A) if it is necessary.

4. Measure the length of the spring (X).
5. Adjust the spring to the correct length with the nut
(B) on the rear end of the weight transfer. Refer to
the table below.

9.6.6 To adjust the cutting height
1. Make sure the cutting height stay is attached to the
cutting deck.
2. Put the cutting height lever in the lowest cutting
height position.

4. Loosen the locknut (A) on the stretching screw of the

9.6.7 To replace the blades
1. Remove the cutting deck. Refer to
cutting deck on page 12 .
2. Lock the blade with a wooden block (A).

3. Loosen and remove the blade bolt (B), the washers
(C) and the blade (D).
4. Assemble the new blade with the bent ends in the
direction of the cutting deck.
WARNING: Incorrect blade type can cause
objects to eject from the cutting deck and
cause serious injury. Use only the blades

5. Attach the blade, the washer and the bolt. Tighten
the bolt with the correct tightening torque. Refer to

1. Remove the covers on the cutting deck.
