• While holding the generator rotor with the special tool, tighten
the bolt to the specified torque.
$ Generator rotor bolt: 160 N·m (16.0 kgf-m, 115.5 lb-ft)

PRIMARY DRIVE GEAR
• Install the thrust washer onto the crankshaft.
NOTE:
The grooved side A of the thrust washer faces the crankcase
side.
• Install the key 1.
• Install the primary drive gear assembly 2 and the washer 3.
NOTE:
The convex side of the washer 3
faces outside.
• Install the primary drive gear nut.
NOTE:
* This nut has left-hand thread.
* The "L" mark on the nut faces outside.
