Install the throttle cables to the throttle drum.
Refer to the FUEL SYSTEM section.

Install the flywheel cover and three (3) bolts.

Removal

1
Remove the powerhead.
Remove two (2) bolts, the dowels, and the upper
oil seal housing.

Loosen all nine (9) valve adjusting locknuts and
valve adjusting screws fully. Leave the screws in
place.
