Hoses and Connections

WARNING
Failure to check for fuel leakage could
allow a leak to go undetected, resulting in
fire or explosion.
Check the condition of all hoses and connections
related to the fuel system. If any leakage, cracks,
swelling, or other damage is found, replace the
hose(s).

Fuel Filter

If water accumulation, sediment, leakage, cracks,
or other damage is found, replace the fuel filter.
To remove the fuel filter, disconnect the hoses
from the filter and remove the filter from the
bracket.
