Install the air hose to the left fork cap.
TORQUE: 0.4-0.7 kpm (3-5 ft-lb)

Connect the air hose to the right fork cap.
TORQUE: 1.5-2.0 kpm (11-14 ft-lb)
Install the removed parts in the reverse order of
removal.
Use a bicycle air pump to fill the fork-tube with
air to the recommended air pressure.
AIR PRESSURE: 0.7-1.1 kglcm2 (10-16 psi)
CAUTION
Use only
a
hand operated air pump to
fill the fork tubes.
DO
not-use compressed air.
Maximum pressure is 3 kg/cmz (43
psi). Do not exceed this or fork tube
