BATTERY CHARGING
Hookup instruction:
Connect the charger positive

cable t o the
battery positive (+) terminal.
Connect the charger negative

cable t o the
battery negative

terminal.

1.4 amperes maximum
Charging:
Charge the battery until specific gravity is

After installing the battery, apply an anti.
corrosive coating to the terminals.

Warm up the engine before taking readings.
Disconnect the black lead from the regulator1
rectifier to bypass the voltage regulator.
Connect a voltmeter and ammeter.
