[AL. 068_STO diagnosis error]

• An error was detected in the STO input signal.
[AL. 068.1_Mismatched STO signal error]
Cause
1.
STO1 or STO2 is inputted incorrectly.
2.
The input status of STO1 and STO2 are
different.
3.
The setting of [Pr. PF18 STO diagnosis error
detection time] is incorrect.
4.
The STO circuit is malfunctioning.
5.
There is an abnormality in the surrounding
environment.

1.3 Handling methods for alarms/warnings
Check/action method
Check that STO1 and STO2 of the CN8 connector are wired correctly.
Refer to "When using STO function" in the following manual.
MR-J5 User's Manual (Hardware)
If the on/off status of STO1 and STO2 are different, create the same input
status for STO1 and STO2.
Set a longer time in the servo parameter setting, and then check the
repeatability. If the error does not repeat, review the value of the servo
parameter.
Replace the servo amplifier.
Check the noise, ambient temperature, and others, and implement appropriate
countermeasures for the cause.
If there is noise, take countermeasures to reduce the noise.
