• The increase in the servo motor speed is insufficient or excessive.
Possible cause
1.
The setting of the speed command, speed
limit, or electronic gear is incorrect.
2.
The connection of the servo motor is incorrect.
3.
The voltage of the main circuit power supply
has dropped.
4.
For a servo motor with an electromagnetic
brake, the brake has not been released.

1.4 Trouble which does not trigger an alarm/warning
Check/action method
Switch off RES.
Check the setting of [Pr. PA01.0 Control mode selection].
Check if the pulse train is outputted from the controller.
Review the wiring. When the signal is used in open-collector type, input 24 V
DC to OPC.
Check that the pulse train form, which is outputted by the controller, is the
same with the setting of [Pr. PA13.0 Command input pulse line - Form
selection].
Switch on either one of ST1 or ST2.
Switch on either one of RS1 or RS2.
Review the setting of the internal speed and the selections of SP1 (Speed
selection 1), SP2 (Speed selection 2), and SP3 (Speed selection 3).
Check the values of the analog speed command and the analog torque
command on the status display or on MR Configurator2. Input the analog
signal correctly.
Turn off ABSM.
Connect between DICOM and OPC of the CN3 connector of the servo
amplifier.
Cancel Quick Stop.
Cancel Halt.
Remove the error of the servo system controller.
Review the parameter setting on the servo system controller side.
Review the setting of the servo system controller or the servo program.
Check if the disabling control axis switch is turned on.
Check/action method
Review the settings of the speed command, speed limit, and electronic gear.
Check the U/V/W wiring.
Refer to "Connection example of power supply circuit" in the following manual.

Increase the voltage of the main circuit power supply.
