[AL. 0E9_Main circuit off warning]

• The servo-on command was inputted with main circuit power supply off.
• The bus voltage dropped when the servo motor was rotating at 50 r/min or lower.

Cause
1.
The servo-on command was inputted with
main circuit power supply off.
2.
The wiring between P3 and P4 is
disconnected.
3.
The main circuit power supply wiring is
disconnected.
4.
The bus voltage is less than the specified
value.
• 200 V class: 215 V DC
5.
The fuse is disconnected.
6.
The power supply capacity is insufficient.
7.
Main circuit capacitor has deteriorated.
8.
The servo amplifier is malfunctioning.
[AL. 0E9.2_Bus voltage drop during low speed operation]
Cause
1.
The bus voltage dropped under the specified
value when the servo motor was rotating at 50
r/min or lower.
• 200 V class: 200 V DC
[AL. 0E9.3_Ready-on signal on during main circuit off]

Check/action method
Turn on the main circuit power.
Wire between P3 and P4.
Wire the main circuit power supply.
Review the wiring. Check the power supply capacity.
Check the charge light after a certain period of time.
Check that the specified power supply capacity is satisfied.
After checking the operation time and ambient temperature, replace the servo
amplifier if the main circuit capacitor has reached its life.

Replace the servo amplifier.
Check/action method
Review the power supply capacity. Increase the acceleration time constant.
