• Homing failed.

Cause

At the time of homing, INP (In-position) did not
turn on within the specified time.

A command was inputted at the time of
homing.

Creep speed is high.

1.
An attempt to execute a homing was made
during servo-off.

Cause
1.
Z-phase was not turned on after servo-on.
Check/action method
Adjust gains so that the droop pulses are set within the In-position range.
Remove the cause of droop pulse occurrence, and then perform homing.

Decelerate the creep speed, and then perform homing.
