Appendix B. Problem Summary Form
The tables on pages 2-31 through 2-35 list the numbers you may see
in the two-digit display.
1. From the table below, Find the number you wrote on item 3 of
the Problem Summary Form.
2. Write the Service Request Number for the failing device on
item 4 of the Problem Summary Form.
3. Have the device serviced.
