1. Read the message carefully
2. Do the recovery action, if any is given.
3. Try the operation again.
If the program still fails:
4. Go to "Step 1. Summary Error Log" on page 3-6 to view the
error log.
The error log provides a record of errors and system events and
if possible, the most likely cause of the failure.
