Verify that both sites are using the
file transfer protocol. Restart the remote site
and be sure that it is ready to receive. Select
and try the file transfer again.

to send an EOT (end of transmission) nine
times but the receiving site has not
acknowledged receipt of the EOT.
See if the file has been received on the remote
end. If it has, no further action is necessary. If
it has not, restart the remote site and then
select and try the file transfer again.

beginning an

character is received for 100 seconds. The
receiving site must transmit a specified start
character to indicate that it is ready to receive.
Verify that both the local and remote sites are
