A level-2 hardware interrupt has occurred.
A Processor and Memory Management Card
Cause:
interrupt occurred. The VRM does not handle this type
of interrupt.
Request a VRM dump, or restart the system.
Action:
02 A m achine check has occurred.

Cause:
machine check error occurred.
Request a VRM dump, or restart the system.
Action:
03 The VRM received an SVC that was not issued by a
Virtual Machine.
Only a virtual machine can issue an SVC
Cause:
command.
Request a VRM dump, or restart the system.
Action:
04 An unidentified program check occurred.
This was probably a hardware error. A
Cause:
Processor and Memory Management Card program check
occurred, and the program check status register did not
contain a valid cause for the error.
