Make the vision program.
1)
Take picture of workpiece.
Specify the trigger.
Import the calibration data.
15 Workpiece Recognition and Teaching (
Select [File] – [New Job] from the menu.
Click
"Application Steps".
Click [Live Video] button.
Take picture of workpiece that does the
tracking.
Again, stop a live image clicking [Live
Video] button.
Change [Trigger] from "Camera" to
"Manual".
8640(The image trigger is abnormal) error
occurs when the robot controller outputs the
taking picture demand to the vision sensor
when you do not change.
In [Calibration type], select "Import".
In [File Name], select "TrackingCalib.cxd"
registered when working about the B1
program.
