Meaning Assumed cause

load is too high. Or a command
that was addressed to the built-
in EtherNet/IP port was
received with the source net-
work address (SNA) set to 0.
• A FINS response that was
addressed to the built-in Ether-
Net/IP port was received.
• A FINS response or a com-
mand for which a response is
not required was received when
the routing tables were not reg-
istered.
• A FINS response or a com-
mand for which a response is
not required was received when
there was an error in the routing
tables.
• A FINS response or a com-
mand for which a response is
not required was received that
exceeded the number of relay
points.
• Transmission is not possible
because the destination
address is not set in the routing
tables.
• Routing is not possible because
the FINS node address setting
in the Built-in EtherNet/IP Port
Settings is set to 0 or 255.
