Follow these steps to clear a paper misfeed from Area W1.
Open the Upper Cover of the

Finisher.
Remove any misfed paper. Make sure to check the Shift Tray area for misfed

paper.
Close the Upper Cover of the Finisher.

Follow these steps to clear a paper misfeed from Area W2.
Pull the Finisher unit out of the

Finisher housing.
Check inside of the Finisher for misfed paper.
