Replacing a RAID Controller

Replacing a RAID Controller
The RAID Controller is hot-swappable.
Identify and locate the failed controller. Refer to the software user's guide for
details on troubleshooting the RAID Controllers. You may also refer to the
controller's back plate LEDs to determine the faulty controller.
Controller 0 is the lower controller and Controller 1 is the upper controller.
Loosen the captive fastener screw on the left side that secures the controller.
Remove the faulty controller.
Using the handle, carefully pull the controller from the enclosure.
Remove the new replacement controller from the shipping container and
inspect for obvious damage. Save the packaging materials.
Install the new replacement controller into the enclosure.
Orient the controller correctly and slide it into the open bay.
