Meaning
The flag is set when the CONFIGURED configuration and the ACTUAL
configuration match.
The flag is set when an AS-i slave with address 0 is present. (List of

that AUTO_ADDR_ENABLE = 1 and no "incorrect" AS-i slaves is connected
