Descaling the steam injection

When to run the descaling process
The frequency of descaling will depend
on the water hardness level in your
area.
The descaling process can be run at
any time.
However, to ensure that the oven
functions correctly you will be
automatically prompted to run the
descaling process after a certain
number of programmes.
The last ten processes before descaling
are displayed and counted down. After
that the Moisture plus  function is
locked. It can only be used again when
you have carried out a descaling
process.
All other functions without moisture can
still be used as normal.

Sequence of a descaling cycle

Once the descaling process has been
started it must be completed through
to the end. It cannot be cancelled.
The descaling cycle takes approx.
90 minutes and consists of several
steps:

1. Preparation

2. Drawing in the descaling solution
3. Activation phase
4. Rinse 1
5. Rinse 2
6. Rinse 3
7. Residual water evaporation
