Using the "Low temperature
cooking" special application

"Roasting - Food probe".
 Use the universal tray with the anti-
splash insert in place.
 Select

Low temp. cooking
 Set the temperature.
 Set the core temperature.
 Follow the instructions in the display.
Pre-heat the oven compartment
together with the universal tray with
anti-splash insert in place.
 Whilst the oven is pre-heating, sear
the meat thoroughly on the hob.
Danger of burning.
Wear oven gloves when placing hot
food in the oven or removing it and
when adjusting oven shelves etc. in a
hot oven

Use the food probe
appears, place the seared food on
the universal tray with the anti-splash
insert in place and insert the food
probe into the food so that the metal
tip is right in the middle of the food.
Danger of burning.
The top heat/grill element is hot.
 Close the door.
At the end of the programme,
will appear in the display and a
finished
buzzer will sound if the buzzer is
switched on (see "Settings – Volume -
Buzzer tones").
If the food is not quite cooked to your
liking, you can increase the cooking
duration.
