With this communication object, the fan can be switched on via a 1 byte communication object of a fan speed. If another fan
speed is switched on, at this point it will be switched off. The new fan speed is switched on taking the start-up phase into
consideration.
Limitations through forced operation or one of the four limitations 1...4 are retained. Automatic operation is disabled.
