Problem Solving Procedure

If a problem occurs with the scanner, follow the following procedure and remedy the
problem:
A problem occurred.
Refer to "Hardware Problems" (P. 64)
Is it an image quality problem?
Did it occur while using one of the scanner's features?
Is it a network-related problem?
Is an error code displayed on the control panel?
Check the usage restrictions.
If the problem could not be resolved with this procedure, contact our Customer Support
Center.
