• In this example, we will use Subject/Comment List to
enter the subject. The subject can be entered also on
the control panel using the numeric keypad. For
information on how to enter characters on the control
panel, refer to "Character Entry Procedure" (P.101).

• Selecting [Restore Auto] on the [Enter/Change
Subject] resets the subject entered to the default.
Set the return e-mail address
Set the return e-mail address of the e-mail.
Note
• The scanner cannot receive e-mail. It is
recommended to set an address that can receive e-
mail, such as the administrator's address, in case the
e-mail server returns e-mail in the event of errors.
1. On the [Details] screen, select [Reply To],
and select [Change].
The [Enter/Change Reply To] screen
appears.
2. If you do not set [Reply to], the e-mail will be
sent without a return e-mail address. To set
the return e-mail address, enter it in the
[Reply to] entry box.
