• Selecting [01-12], [13-24], [25-36] or [37-48] on the
right side of the screen displays the corresponding
address folders.
• Password-lock folders are indicated with a "lock" icon.
• If a password is set to the folder, the following
password entry screen appears. If the screen
appears, enter the password using the numeric
keypad and select [Confirm].

• If you select [Details...] after selecting the "Save In"
location, you can view the details of the "Save In"
location.

[Server], [Shared Name], [Save In], [User
Name], and [Password] are entered
automatically based on the information
entered for the "Save In" location in Address
Book.
Note
• [Shared Name] will not be displayed if saving the
scanned data on FTP.
Set the file name
Set the file name of the scanned data and the
action to be taken if a file name conflict occurs.
1.
Select [Change File Name...].
The [Change File Name] screen appears.

The file name will be assigned automatically
if you do not specify it. To specify the file
name, enter the file name in [File Name]
within 20 characters.
