• Off Displays the [Mixed Sized Originals] screen.
• On Select [On] when scanning documents of different sizes.
• Normal Displays the [Edge Erase] screen.
• Variable Erase On this screen, you can set whether to erase unwanted marks on the
edges or center binding area of the original.
[Normal] erases unwanted marks from all four edges of the original.
The amount of erasure is 4 mm on all four edges.
[Variable Erase] allows you to specify the amount of erasure using [

• Auto Size Detect Displays the [Original Size] screen.
• Standard Size On this screen, you can set the original size.
• Variable Size [Auto Size Detect] automatically detects the size of the original.
When [Standard Size] is selected, select the desired size from the list
displayed on the right side of the screen.

• The paper size options displayed on the screen can be changed. For
] in increments of 1 mm.
