• 100% Sets the copy ratio.
• Auto % When [Auto %] is selected, the scanner automatically reduces/enlarges
• 70% A3 A4 the original to fit on the paper size selected.
• More... Selecting [More...] displays the [Reduce/Enlarge] screen. On this
screen, select [Preset %] or [Variable %].
When [Preset %] is selected, select the desired copy ratio from the list
displayed on the right side of the screen.
Note
When [Variable %] is selected, enter the copy ratio using [
the numeric keypad in increments of 1%.
• Black Displays the [Output Color] screen.
• Full Color On this screen, you can select the desired output color from [Black] and
[Full Color].
• 1 1 Sided Displays the [2 Sided Copying] screen.
• 1 2 Sided On this screen, you select whether to make a 1-sided or 2-sided copy.
• 2 2 Sided

Note
• [1 2 Sided] and
[2 2 Sided] are
not available if the
printer does not
have a 2-sided
copying feature.
When [1 2 Sided], [2 2 Sided], or [2 1 Sided] is selected, set [Origi-
nals] and [Original Orientation].
• When the copy ratio is selected from [Preset %], the output size
may not exactly match the selected preset %. Use the paper sizes
displayed on the screen as a reference when selecting a preset %.
