Set Up the Bandwidth Management for HTTP on the ZyWALL/USG
In the ZyWALL/USG, go to CONFIGURATION > BWM > Configuration > Add Policy,
select Enable and type HTTP Any-to-WAN as the policy's Description (Optional).
