Go to CONFIGURATION > Network > Interface > Trunk > User Configuration > Add

to create a new trunk. Add vti1 and vti2 to the new trunk.

CONFIGURATION > Network > Interface > Trunk > User Configuration > Add

Go to CONFIGURATION > Network > Routing > Policy Route > Add to configure a

policy route.
