Go to CONFIGURATION > VPN > IPSec VPN > VPN Connection > Add and configure
a VPN tunnel for the VPN gateway HQ1. Select VPN Tunnel Interface as the
application scenario.
CONFIGURATION > VPN > IPSec VPN > VPN Connection > Add

In the same screen, create a VPN tunnel for the VPN gateway HQ2. Select VPN
tunnel Interface as the application scenario.
