SP5816-208 Error Codes
Caused by Operation Error, Incorrect Setting

Inquiry, registration attempted without
-12002
acquiring Request No.
Attempted registration without
-12003 execution of a confirmation and no
previous registration.
Attempted setting with illegal entries for
-12004
certification and ID2.
@Remote communication is prohibited.
-12005 The device has an Embedded RC
gate-related problem.
A confirmation request was made after
-12006 the confirmation had been already
completed.
The request number used at
-12007 registration was different from the one
used at confirmation.
Update certification failed because
-12008
mainframe was in use.
The ID2 in the NVRAM does not match
-12009
the ID2 in the individual certification.
-12010 The certification area is not initialized.

Solution/ Workaround
Obtain a Request Number before
attempting the Inquiry or
Registration.
Perform Confirmation before
attempting the Registration.
Check ID2 of the mainframe.
Make sure that "Remote Service" in
User Tools is set to "Do not
prohibit".
Execute registration.
Check Request No.
Check the mainframe condition. If
the mainframe is in use, try again
later.
Check ID2 of the mainframe.
Initialize the certification area.
