14.2.12 The SIP Extension Voice Mail Screen

This screen allows you to configure voice mail settings for this extension. To display, click the
Voice Mail tab in any of the SIP extension configuration screens.

DESCRIPTION
Enter the telephone number you want to block from calling you when you enable
call blocking. Click Add and the number you entered displays in the field below.
You can enter 1-20 digits, or use the following shortcuts:
A period [.] - A period is a special wildcard that means "match one or more
numbers". For example, if you enter "886." then all numbers beginning with
"886" will be blacklisted. Conversely, if you enter ".886" then all numbers
ending with "886" will be blacklisted.
N - This means "any digit from 2-9. For example, if you enter "N789" then that
means any number from "2789" to "9789" will be blacklisted. You could also
enter "789N" or even "7N89", to name a few variations.
X - This means "any digit from 0-9. It follows the same rules as N.
Z - This means "any digit from 1-9. It follows the same rules as N.
Combination - You can use any combination of the preceding shortcuts to
create more flexible blacklists. For example, you could enter "XZN.78" to
blacklist all numbers in the range of 012.78" to "999.78".
Highlight an existing Black List number and click the Delete icon to remove it
from the list.
Click to save your changes.
Click to restore your previously saved settings.
DESCRIPTION
Specify the e-mail address you want to forward your voice message notifications
to. If you select the Attached Voice File option, then complete voice messages
are sent to this e-mail address.
Select this feature if you want complete voice messages to be sent to the e-mail
address you specified in the Received E-mail Address field.
Check this box to delete voicemail messages stored on the X2002 after they have
been e-mailed.
Click this to save your changes.
Click this to go back to the previous screen without saving your changes.
