5-29 CHASSIS
• Pull out the inner tube B from the outer tube.
• Remove the oil seal stopper ring C.
• Remove the oil seal D with the special tool.

INSPECTION

INNER AND OUTER TUBE
Inspect the inner tube sliding surface and outer tube sliding sur-
face for any scuffing or damage. If any defects are found,
replace the inner tube and outer tube as a set.
