"Pitch" will disappear from the menu when a "Point Size" font is in effect, and "Point Size" will disappear when a "Pitch" font is in
effect. Both disappear when a non-scalable font is in effect.

The PCL Menu options establish the default configuration for the
printer when printing PCL emulation jobs. The PCL Menu
hierarchy is shown in Figure 3.5. Tasks performed with the PCL
