Turn Ignition Switch OFF. Measure resistance between
each terminal on connector [87B] and ground.
Is resistance greater than 1 megohm for all terminals?
YES
Inspect ECM
connections.
Connections OK?
YES
Replace

Clear DTCs and confirm proper operation
