Turn ignition OFF and reconnect Oxygen Sensor. Turn Ignition Switch
ON and start engine. Allow engine to reach operating temperature.
With engine idling, does voltage quickly fluctuate between 0.1- 0.8 volt?
0.0-0.4 volt.
