Downloading firmware to Expecs using Add Load button
You should see the firmware in the Load files box (this is RAM).
If you can transfer to RAM, the problem may be a bad firmware
file or defective telephone set (see
Files box" (page 132)).
TIP: If there are firmware files in RAM, they must be removed
with the Delete load button. This can cause upgrade failures.
