Use
FTP files onto the Meridian SL-100.

On the "Customer Support" page, move to the right side of the
page to "Product Selection". Under "Product Selection" click on
View by a Product.
You will be taken to the "Product Select" page.
On the "Product Select" page, under "View by a Product" in the
middle of the page, use the pull-down menu and scroll down to
"Meridian M3900 (M3900) Series Digital Telephones" and select
it. Then click on Save.
You will be taken to the "Customer Support" page that
shows both the "Documentation Listings" and the "Software
Downloads".
Under "Software Downloads", the latest firmware files are listed,
for example:
M3902v8-0
M3903v8-0
M3904v8-2
M3905v8-1
Click on the file that you want to download.
You will be taken to a page entitled "Software Downloads:
Software Detail Information".
In the middle of the page, the file name is shown, along with the
Software Family, Software Type, and File Download.
Click on the File Download that also displays the file name you
want to download.
A "Save As" window appears. Select where you want to save the
file, and click on "Save".
Save the file to a server or a computer with shared file access.
To download additional firmware files, click on Customer
Support on the left side of the page and repeat the steps above.
After downloading the file(s), the file(s) must be located on a
server or shared computer that allows FTP of files. You can use
one of several programs to move the file(s), if necessary, such
as WS_FTP Pro, ProComm Plus, etc. Contact your network
administrator for additional assistance on moving the file(s).
