12. Ineffective acceleration or flameout

Turn the ignition switch to ON. Check if there is

trouble information records with a diagnostic
instrument.
2 Check the air filter for smoothness.
Run the engine at an idle speed. Check if the rotation
3
speed is normal.
Run the engine at an idle speed. Check if the intake
4
air pressure is between 35kPa and 65kPa.
Run the engine at an idle speed. Check if the ignition
5 advance angle is normal after the coolant reaches
normal operation.
Connect the fuel pressure gauge valve. Short-circuit
the pin J1-47 and the pin J1-73 of the fuel bump relay,
6
and run the fuel pump. Check if the fuel pressure is
about 300kPa.
Connect the battery and the fuel injector with a special
7 connector. With the voltage supply of 12V, check the
fuel injector for normal operation.
Wash the fuel injector and check the fuel injector
8
again for normal operation.
9 Check if the fuel is wrong or contains water.
10 Check if the fuel pressure is lower than 250kPa.
Close the fuel gauge valve. Turn on the ignition switch
11 again and keep the fuel pump working for 3 seconds.
Check if fuel pressure can be produced.
