11. Unfavorable rotation speed or flameout during acceleration

Common trouble location:
1. Fuel with water;
3. Spark plug;
5. Intake air way;
7. Fuel injector;
S/N
1 Check if the air filter is blocked.
Connect the fuel pressure gauge (the connection point
is the front end of the intake pipe of the fuel distribution
2 pipe assembly), and start the engine. Check if the fuel
pressure of the engine under full working condition is
about 350kPa.
Check the spark plug for each cylinder. Check if its

model and gap can meet with starndards.
Remove the idle speed regulator. Check the throttle
4 body, idle speed regulator, and idle speed by-pass air
way for carbon deposition.
Check the intake air pressure sensor, throttle position
5
sensor and the lines for normal operation.
Remove the fuel injector. Check the fuel injector for
6 leakage or blockage with a special fuel injector cleaner
& analyzer.
7 Check the fuel for normal operation.
Check if the ignition sequence and timing of the engine
8
can meet with the standards.
