Installing a Bluetooth module
Your phone can be equipped with a Bluetooth module as an option.
As soon as you have connected a Bluetooth module to your terminal, you can activate the
Bluetooth operation and connect Bluetooth devices. Contact your system administrator to
install a Bluetooth module.
Installation:
Note:
Always disconnect the phone from the mains power first before you install a Bluetooth
module.
• Fit foam spacers on the connector side of the Bluetooth module (for the position of the
foam spacer see figure 1). The spacer ensures that the Bluetooth module sits securely.
• Carefully remove the cover for the Bluetooth module on the underside of the phone
using a suitable screwdriver (see figure 2).
• Connect the Bluetooth module. Make sure it is securely fitted (see figure 3).
• Fit the cover for the Bluetooth module back into place and press home until it snaps
into place (see figure 4).
