7.1 Introduction

IBM provides a number of tools to successfully deploy, manage, and maintain the x3850 X6
and x3950 X6 servers. The collective name for these tools is IBM ToolsCenter. You can

We group these tools in the following high-level categories:

We provide a summary of these tools in Table 7-1. In this section, we walk you through the
