6. Provide the authorized IDs of the personnel who need access to the service information
that is transmitted to IBM. This information is not a requirement to activate Service and
Support Manager. Click Next.
If you have not already created the IDs, you can do so by clicking the link, as shown in
Figure 7-20.

7. Click Finish when done. You return to the Manage tab and the status of the Service and
Support Manager plug-in is now green.
The service will now actively monitor all eligible systems that are monitored by IBM Systems
Director.
